Kabbage Town Hall: Women in Small Business Month Panel
At Kabbage, it’s a tradition for all Kabbage employees to gather together for a weekly Town Hall meeting where they’ll hear company news, communicate updates about specific business units, and listen to special guest speakers. To celebrate National Women in Small Business Month, Kabbage’s female executive leaders joined a series of panel conversations in Town Hall during the month of October. We’re very proud of our team here at Kabbage, and wanted to create an open forum for our female executives to share their career and personal development stories with the entire company.
We hope that sharing this talk with all of you will provide helpful insight for women small business owners and other professional women looking to grow their careers.
This panel features Kathryn Petralia, co-Founder and president, and Victoria Treyger, head of marketing and sales, providing insight into their careers, leadership lessons and motherhood – with moderation by Amy Zimmerman, head of people ops. Watch the video to hear Kathryn Petralia discuss being a woman in male-dominated industries and Victoria Treyger discuss balancing being a new mom and running Kabbage’s marketing and sales teams.
