  • Business Development Associate

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate, schedule and manage the agendas of all internal meetings between BD and multiple departments across Kabbage.
    • Manage all internal communication with the technology and marketing teams around BD projects and their statuses. This is key to ensuring that the resources, timelines and objectives of all teams are being met and executed efficiently.
    • Serve as primary point-of-contact and project manager of any day-to-day executional requests and inquiries amongst BD prospects.
    • Responsible for the creation and completion of compelling BD presentations to large Fortune 500 executives, and serving as support in their presentation as required.
    • Provide clear monthly/quarterly progress updates on BD initiatives to internal and external Kabbage stakeholders.
    • Conduct market, consumer, product and industry research that supports BD initiatives. Specifically, they’ll oversee the ongoing identification of any key market opportunities around new products and large partnerships.
    • Create, organize and manage all internal and external BD documentation as it pertains to strategic prospects. The focus will be on API, process, team communication, platform and reporting documentation.
    • Support the BD leads in the reviewing, editing, routing and managing of any active contract negotiations.

    Position Experience Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of account/relationship management experience
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Acrobat is encouraged.
    • Experience managing project timelines, asset delivery and external presentation development.
    • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
