When Troy Deus heard about Kabbage's concept from his former colleague Rob Frohwein, he knew he wanted to be involved. He joined the company in 2011, putting his background in elevating user experiences to work to strategically shape the Kabbage brand and user interface.
Before coming to Kabbage, Troy managed creative and user experience teams for companies like Bellsouth and Silverpop for more than a decade. He has deep experience helping organizations establish strong brands, develop winning products and craft seamless user experiences.
Since joining Kabbage, Troy's creative and user experience team has facilitated an elegantly simplified approach to lending, supporting some of the highest NPS and TrustPilot scores in finance. In addition to spearheading company happy hours, he contributes to Kabbage's innovative product design, marketing creative and brand expansion.
When he's not fine-tuning Kabbage's lending experience, Troy likes to try new restaurants and serves as in-home sous chef for his wife. You can often find him sampling the fare at Atlanta's DaVinci's Pizza, his favorite small business.
